Hope is real. Healing is possible. We’ve supported families in situations just like yours – and watched their children go from barely coping to truth thriving.
Our daughter’s mental health illness prevented her from attending school. Her concerns were great and she was rejected by all in-network treatment centers. When it looked like treatment was not an option for our daughter, a provider who rejected us referred us to Navigate. Our daughter’s fate changed overnight. The next morning after our intake, Navigate had not only found an appropriate treatment center able to immediately admit, they also found a way to get insurance to the table for funding.
I owe my wellness to Navigate. Twice before I had attempted to quit alcohol. Both times I entered into rehab, was dropped by insurance within days to weeks. At the time of my final relapse, my family was introduced to Navigate who took over my claim and appeal. Not only was I able to complete rehab, my step-down services were also covered. I believe treatment is what has allowed me to maintain my sobriety. Without Navigate, I would not have had the treatment I enjoyed. Every patient facing a substance abuse challenge needs Navigate as part of their recovery team.
Getting help can feel overwhelming—but reaching out is the first, brave step toward healing. You’ve already started. Let’s keep going—together.
This is the fastest way to get support tailored to your child’s needs. We'll review your situation and help you take the next best step.
Find practical tools and checklists to help you stay grounded and informed while waiting for admit.
You don’t have to do this alone. We’ll walk with you through admit and beyond, every step of the way.
Every day, families just like yours face impossible choices. Every day, we help them move forward. You don’t have to have all the answers right now – you just have to take the next step.
Hope is real. Healing is possible. Let’s take this step together

We had been to ER with our child several times, who was also admitted to children’s psychiatric hospital several times. After each discharge, our insurance company said there was no need for services. It wasn’t until we met Navigate that our child was able to get real testing, official diagnoses and access to treatment that worked. I hate to think of where my child and family would be had we not been fortunate to be connected with Navigate. Every family in need should have the clarity, resources and peace Navigate brings to families in crisis.
